Platform terms of use

These terms govern access to the site, use of its features, and the respective responsibilities of users and the publisher. By accessing the service, you fully accept these provisions.

1. User account

  1. Minimum age : You must be at least 13 years old to use the services provided. Registration by anyone below this age is prohibited.
  2. Human registration : Accounts registered by bots or any other automated process are not allowed, except with express publisher approval for dedicated technical uses.
  3. Accuracy of information : You must provide a valid name, email address and any other information requested during registration. This information must remain accurate and up to date.
  4. Personal use : A login identifier may not be shared between several people. Each account is strictly personal and nominative.
  5. Account security : You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. The publisher cannot be held liable for loss or damage resulting from failure to meet this security obligation.
  6. Responsibility for actions : You are solely responsible for all actions performed from your account, whether by you or by a third party who obtained access to your credentials.
  7. Single account : The same person or legal entity may maintain only one free account. Any abuse will result in immediate suspension of the accounts concerned.

2. User obligations

When using the service, you agree to comply with the following obligations. This list is not exhaustive; users are also expected to act in good faith:

3. Termination and account deletion

  1. Termination by the user : You may request termination of your account at any time via the security panel of your account.
  2. Deletion and data retention : When termination is requested, the account is deactivated and associated data is kept for a limited period to handle disputes, restore the account on user request and prevent abuse. After this period, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized. Certain minimal technical elements required for service security may be kept longer to prevent abusive re-registration. Content posted in public or shared spaces may remain visible after account termination unless a specific removal request is submitted, handled within applicable technical and legal limits.
  3. Termination by the publisher : The publisher may suspend or terminate any account at any time in case of violation of these terms, unlawful behaviour, abusive use or any other legitimate reason related to security or proper operation.
  4. Access to data : Subject to legal obligations and security requirements, the user may request access to their data before final deletion. When termination is initiated by the publisher for reasons other than unlawful or abusive behaviour, the publisher may, where possible, provide a copy of the user's data on request.
  5. Security measures and abuse prevention : In case of suspension or ban, certain minimal technical information may be retained to prevent abusive re-registration and protect service integrity. This information is stored securely and used only for security and abuse prevention.
