No, it is even the most common situation. Everything is designed to be easy to use without prior training. If you need personalized onboarding, that can be arranged on request.

What is the difference between a showcase website and subscription software?

A showcase website presents your business and generates contacts — it is your storefront on the Internet. Subscription software is a daily work tool: you log in to manage stock, customers, files, or orders. Both meet different needs and can coexist very well.

How does billing work?

Billing is fully automatic. Your invoice is generated and available at each renewal (monthly or annual) with no action required on your part. If you need onboarding support — training or importing existing data — a separate quote is provided based on time and volume required.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, with no notice or justification. There is no minimum term: you stop whenever you want and are not billed for the next period. Your data remains accessible until the end of the period already paid.

Does the software really fit my type of business?

Each product addresses concrete business constraints. LOGESVIC mainly targets micro-businesses, SMEs, craftspeople, and entrepreneurs — food retail first, but not only. Pricing and features are detailed on this page; you can also contact me before launch.

What does onboarding look like?

Each product comes with clear documentation. The goal is for you to be operational on day one. If you have existing data to import (customers, stock, history), or prefer individual training, that is possible — a quote is provided based on your needs.

What is SEO for my website?

SEO helps you appear on Google when future customers search for you. When someone types "plumber in Nancy" or "sports coach Metz", your position in results depends directly on the optimization in place. It is not instant, but it is one of the most durable investments for online visibility.

What is the difference between a custom site and WordPress?

What happens if I want to stop hosting my website?

No problem. No commitment or hidden fees: your site source code is handed over and your domain name is transferred or released. The site belongs to you.

How does subscription payment work?

Hosting & maintenance subscriptions are charged automatically via Stripe (monthly or annual plan). You receive an invoice at each renewal, with no manual action required.

What is included in minor corrections?

The maintenance plan includes technical updates and up to 30 minutes of minor edits per month (text, image, link, small formatting updates). Beyond that, or for any new feature request, an additional quote is provided.

How can I cancel?

There is no commitment: a simple written email request is enough. To stop billing for the next month, send your request before the 25th of the current month.
